I, like many people have ideas and thoughts that pop into my head.
I have decided to write down (the ones that are publishable and legal), so I don’t forget them and they may be of assistance to you.
There are times when I would like to change the way in which the elements of my life are going. Whether that’s physically or emotionally, I have found that I will often weigh myself down with more things that I should do, on top of the things I am already doing. I already have a full life, and I have just added more to it.
I have now chosen to look at what I am going to stop doing before I implement something new that I am going to start doing.
So here is my statement:
I am going to stop ……….. and start doing ………. so that that I can …………
I am going to stop allowing myself hours of sitting at home when I am not working and start going for a daily walk in the afternoon so that I can clear my head and create new options.
My stop and start are linked; there is a positive payoff for me. I only make promises to myself I think I can keep (it has taken a while, and I do fail occasionally).
