Barry Richardson

Barry Richardson is the Managing Director of Matrix Development (Human Resources) Ltd. He has been working as a training consultant predominantly within the financial services sector. More recently has also delivered some coaching in heavy engineering, which was both enjoyable and very educational (things aren’t that different between building a ship and running a bank).

He has built up a good working relationship with clients directly and learning and development providers with whom he has maintained long and successful partnerships.

As well as significant experience in the Training Cycle, he is also an experienced coach working at all levels of organisations from CEO’s to first line supervisors and technical specialists.

He has worked closely on developing material for large conferences with senior executives, this has included producing films (initial idea, filming and editing), the design of presentation material for the CEO and senior executives.

In addition, Barry has experience of designing competency frameworks, assessments, development centres and facilitating team building events both indoors and outdoors.

Barry holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and is a member of the CIPD. He is also trained in SHL products, SDI and Thomas International PPA. He is an NLP Master Practitioner.

Roger Porthouse

Roger is a skilled facilitator, coach, and business change specialist and is driven by a belief that everyone has more skills and capabilities than they display or know.

Roger has worked at C-Suite level and with senior teams in Europe and the USA, and across several industry sectors including local government, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, construction, defence, power generation and the charitable sector.

His work includes the design and delivery of large-scale cultural change programmes, organisation development, advanced leadership and resilience programmes, as well as 1-1 executive mentoring, coaching and ‘walk-alongside’ support.

Roger holds a Post-Graduate in Business & Executive Coaching (UCLAN. Merit with Distinction) and is a full member of the Association for Coaching. He has certification in several psychometric instruments including, ‘Everything DiSC’®, GPITM and the RQiTM Resilience assessment.

Vince Coombs

Vince has a wealth of experience working with leaders, managers, teams and individuals helping them to improve their capabilities, impact and effectiveness. With his open, collaborative approach and comprehensive understanding of people and processes, he enables people to identify and overcome the performance restraints within themselves and others, so they move closer to fulfilling their potential.

Chelle Verite

Known as a ‘Positive Disruptor’, Chelle offers over 20 years’ experience in facilitating workshops, designing and delivering inspiring learning solutions, and empowerment coaching to a wealth of complex and varied markets including Digital/IT, Retail, Engineering, Finance, Pharmaceutical, and Education. Her empowering and appreciative approach is dynamic, positive, and results-focused to drive business efficiency. 

Chelle holds a BSc Hons in Psychology, is a certified skills negotiator by the Gap Partnership, and is an ICF Coach.  She is also trained in NLP, is a Total SDI Practitioner, and is CITP qualified. 

Joy Wilson

With considerable experience in supporting management teams with strategy formulation and implementation. Joy has supported global organisations with learning and development interventions explicitly designed to align people, process and performance to strategy.

SHL (Saville & Holdsworth) qualified to administer and interpret occupational personality questionnaires, Assessment Centres Occupational Testing Level 1 & 2 BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing.

Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development Diploma in Personnel Management

City & Guilds. Adult & Further Education Teachers Certificate (interactive teaching methods).

Jude Boardman

Jude designs, delivers and facilitates high impact learning while building strong, productive working relationships with key stakeholders. She has extensive experience in management and leadership development from facilitated learning to delivering appropriate training solutions while providing an energetic and enjoyable learning experience. She works with both corporate and public sector clients providing workshops (including accredited), one to one coaching and mentoring.
Her main body of work has been within the soft skills/leadership sector. She has also designed and delivered programs for graduates which included facilitated workshops where we looked at the skills required by the employers and how they as team members could maximise their abilities and talents. She has worked closely with the Battersea development programme and helped develop their Service Excellent employee program for all staff wishing to work on the £9 billion site where Service is at the core of their USP.

Martin Richardson

Graphic Artist and Coursework Illustrator

Martin is responsible for the design of the graphics and artwork used on the company Web site and general coursework produced in conjunction with the learning and development programmes offered.

Martin has a wealth of experience and has worked in the printing industry for a number of years. He works in conjunction with the members of our training teams and is responsive to the requirements and needs of our many business clients.

Having studied Graphic Design at Salford College of Technology, Martin is available for private commissions. His caricatures and branding graphics are both topical and entertaining.
