‘Off the shelf’ training programmes very rarely hit everything an individual client or organisation needs, whilst the idea of a fully bespoke training course, designed specifically for an organisation is costly and often not designed from scratch.
Our approach, therefore, is somewhere between the two. The advantage to you is that you don’t end up paying large amounts of money for the design of a programme or have a training invention that everyone loves but that doesn’t have the impact on the bottom line you would like.
