10 seconds to change your life
I, like many people have ideas and thoughts that pop into my head.
I have decided to write down (the ones that are publishable and legal), so I don’t forget them and they may be of assistance to you.
So we are all now restricted to our homes in ways we have never been before, no one can claim to know how to deal with this in the best possible way because no one has ever experienced this imposed type of quarantine before. There are many suggestions on how to use your time, for reflection and meditation, personal growth and improvement, developing new skills, reconnecting with your loved ones, discovering reasons to open the wine before noon, or exploring how many different types of takeaway you can try. The virtual world is full of people telling you what you should do, or how much what they are doing is helping them. So what is the right thing to do?
Answer: Whatever feels right to you!
With the following caveat, before you make your decision give yourself 10 seconds to answer this question for yourself before you take any action.
How is this going to make things better?
Take 10 seconds to answer it fully for yourself, consciously think it through, if your answer is all positive crack on if you have any doubts or concerns maybe take another few seconds to consider your options.
